Orchard Rules & RegulationsTHINGS YOU NEED KNOW
Schmuck Family Orchards does NOT allow drugs nor alcohol at the orchard.
At the time of your arrival to Schmuck Family Orchard, ALL personal must attend a mandatory safety tour of the orchard and camping area.
For your safety and the safety of others, there are areas on the orchard that are strictly OFF LIMITS;
Owners residence,machine shop,equipment storage area,cliff and bluff areas, and the neighbors property.
Prior to your first work shift, a mandatory safety meeting will be held.
Each Employee MUST have a Canadian Social Security Number (S.I.N) NO pets are allowed at the orchard
Work start time is 5:30 am. Noise after 10 pm will NOT be tolerated.
No Bonus Paid if you quit before the end of our season or if you get fired. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE BROKEN,YOU WILL GET FIRED IMMEDIATELY !
