The production line is a hub of activity at picking time. This is the area where the cherries are run over a grading line, packaged and put immediately into cold storage for optimum freshness. The cooler is kept at 32° F which is the best temperature for stem and cherry freshness.
We have six and up to 10 persons on the cherry grading line sorting the fruit for the largest and most perfect fruit. We can assure you that our product is the best and freshest it can possibly be.
We will pack to suit your market. Our overseas clients are very pleased with the finished product when it arrives at its destination. |
